Takes flight!

An intoxicating mixture of real Irish craft spirit, aviation inspiration, and a summer launch has taken the Irish beverage industry by surprise in the Summer of 2023, with the arrival of The Runway 28 Beverage Co.'s. latest label, Runway 28 Premium Pink Irish Vodka.

The second label for this SME, with it’s forerunner, Runway 28 Irish Craft Gin, being a firm favorite within Irish Aviation circles, Runway 28 Irish Vodka has somewhat of a “Collectable” bottle feel to it. The premium vodka pure and mixed berries inside (40% Vol), was origionally distilled by Sean Mc Avinchey, chief distiller at the award winning Listoke Distillery, by commission from MarieAnn McLoughlin Dwyer, co. founder and creative director at The Runway 28 Beverage Co. “It seemed like a very natural progression for us,” said MarieAnn. “I was waiting for an opportunity to pay homage to Women in Aviation, and celebrate their pioneering roles within aviation. This marriage of a traditionally crafted Irish spirit, with the always exciting spirit of aviation, has been a labour of love, and something that I feel very proud of.” MarieAnn is currently working behind the scenes on the possibly of a “Women in Aviation” label series.
